Cap-Coz

Cap-Coz est une plage qui se trouve à une demi-heure de chez moi . (Cap-Coz is a beach, about 30 minutes from home)

J’aime bien aller là-bas l’été.  (I like to go there in the summer)

L’eau n’est pas très chaude  ->17 degrés, mais ça fait du bien de se baigner de temps en temps (even if it’s not that hot {only 17°} it’s nice to have a bath from time to time.)

 

Quelques conseils pour le hand -> Some handball tips

Voici quelques conseils quand on joue au hand (here are some tips to follow when you play handball)

1) Toujours être orienté vers le but  -> always be goal-oriented

2) Même si on rate un tir ce n’est pas grave, l’important est de revenir en défense  pour aider notre gardien-> even if you don’t score, go back quickly in defence in order to help your keeper

3) toujours regarder la position du gardien, de façon à ne pas tirer sur lui -> always look at the position of the keeper, so as to avoid to shoot where he is.

4) pensez à utiliser vos 3 pas avant de dribbler quand vous recevez la balle : when you get the ball, don’t dribble straight after, you can make 3 steps before doing so.

5) quand on fait une passe ou un tir, avoir toujours le bras haut : when passing or shooting, the arm must be held high

6) respectez toujours vos équipiers, les adversaires et l’arbitre, même quand il se trompe il a raison : il ne reviendra pas sur sa décision. : always respect your team-mates, your opponents and the referee : even when you think he’s wrong, he’s right : he won’t go back on what he has whistled.

En Bretagne il ne neige pas souvent, donc ça fait un peu bizarre de voir autant de neige. (In Brittany, it rarely snows, so it’s a bit strange to see so much snow)
